charlie-ram is a gorgeous applehead chihuahua from oslo, norway. when his mommy first got him, she traveled all the way from norway to spain to pick him up and boy was he worth it! look at those adorable “puppy” dog eyes! charlie is so interested in the camera when he has his picture taken, that he ends up tilting his head in such a cute way for every photo!
