charlotte is a beautiful jet black foster chihuahua rescued from abilene, texas! she now lives happily in minnesota with her new mommy deborah meyer. charlotte loves going to work with mommy and adores mommies coworkers, but she does get a little confused when mommy needs to do a little housekeeping, hence the confused look on her face in this picture lol!
