this is chili bean. her facebook page is chili bean the tiny chihuahua. her mommy is lyndsie malick from berkeley springs west virginia. chili bean could very well be the smallest dog in the world by height in accordance with the guinness world record book! she is contending against miracle milly, the current smallest dog in the world and famous chihuahua. chili turned 2 on december 15th and weighs a mere 1 lb 13 oz! she truly is an angel disguised as a tiny chihuahua!
