carlie is a 5 year old humane society chihuahua rescue that was going to be put down for a history of biting, but thanks to debra miller, little carlie has a new home with her in kokomo, indiana! carlie is working diligently on not biting people, but the great news is that she loves her new mommy debra so much and debra also loves her to pieces! “thank you debra for rescuing this sweet little baby!”
