everything rosie ~ rescue, hope, love ~ 02/14/2010 – 10/10/2013

rosie the chihuahua is a testament to a dog’s ability to love, forgive and provide hope in the midst of the most horrendous circumstances.  she was a victim of backyard breeding and was discovered horribly disfigured because of unforgivable inbreeding, negligence and sheer carelessness.  her story shocked dog lovers everywhere, but her courage and strength has made her forever a symbol of rescue, hope and love in educating people about the real dangers of puppy mills and backyard breeding.  visit rosie’s wonderful site at everythingrosie.com

rosie’s story was very touching too me. I am sorry for your loss but relieved to know she had a good life because of your loving hearts. it saddens and sickens me that people can be so neglectful when it comes to their animals. thank you for posting such a heartfelt story yet educational one to those who need to know the real consequences of their abusive actions!

i am very sad to hear that Rosie has passed away. My heart goes goes out to her mommy cinnamon and the rest of those who love her. she has touched my heart and made me more aware of what happens in backyerd breeding . i will never do that to my little 3lb girl chihuahua . i will be getting her spade asap. i also hope that others who are not registered breeders will never put there dogss through back yard breeding. Thank you Rosie for opening my eyes.

I am so very saddened for your lose. I to had a ChiWee as I call them and loved so very much. She past away and broke my heart. Like Rosie never before had a dog come into my life and moved me as she did. Her name was T’da. I think those two are playing in Heaven with each other now. I see this and et emotional because I never got over her lose. Like you she was special so I give a hug to you and say Rosie was the best little girl in the world that nothing can replace. May God give her a wonderful place to play. I hope one day I can meet her. God bless you.
