chelsea the rescue chihuahua was discovered in the streets by the spca in charlottesville, virginia. had they not found her, she wouldn’t be famous! a big thanks you to ashleigh aliff for adopting this sweet baby and sending us her picture!
chelsea looks very similar to papi, the chihuahua from beverly hills chihuahua! most people don’t know that papi was actually rescued from ‘doggy death row’ in a los angeles animal shelter only months before landing the role of papi in the disney film!
congratulations ashleigh, chelsea is officially a fun, furry and fabulous famous chihuahua!
