this is ‘smarty’ white belle. she’s a 4 lb, 12 year old, pure-bread apple head chihuahua born deaf and knows sign language! she understands the signs for: eat, come, daddy, slow, stop and stop barking.
even though her tongue is too big for her little mouth, it’s just one of the things that makes her so unique! she lives in seattle, washington and loves to give out ‘paw-to-graphs’ to all her fans!
