this year there will be two grand prize winners, one grand prize will go to a lucky chihuahua from around the world and the other grand prize will go to a lucky chihuahua from the united states of america. fans will vote for the winner of the world’s cutest famous chihuahua and our staff will select the winner of america’s cutest famous chihuahua!
