angel song was once emaciated as a result of starvation and neglect. she couldn’t walk or stand because she was never taught how to. thankfully, summer strand rescued this darling little one year old chihuahua and the two of them now live happy and healthy in new york.

She is the sweetest little angel I have ever seen. I don’t know how people can look at these sweet fur babies and neglect them. Thank you summer strand for loving this sweet baby and giving her a second chance at life that she so deserves.
