My blue tri chihuahua is losing hair, he’s 13 weeks I took him to the Vet. the vet did some test and didn’t find anything he stated this might be normal for a tri blue but he wasn’t sure. Do I need to find another Vet. Please help

I have a white male with black spots and a female that is all black. I figured i would allow them to have one litter before i fix them because my mother and grandmother are waiting to spoil their own darlings. My female had a litter of 4 beautiful pups. There are 2 pure black ones like their mother and one that looks just like his white and black daddy. my fourth one is a beautiful deep blue gray. she is beautiful and i think she will be added to my family.

Ok, so I have a red female chihuahua and a white with brown spot male. they just had a litter of two pups. both pups are white with silver spots and blue eyes. i don’t know much about blue chihuahua’s other than what i read on this site. i’m extremely concerned for health problems. if mom and dad are healthy what are the chances of pups having issues with health. i need to find homes for pups and need to be upfront with potential buyers for these precious babies. any info would be appreciated. finding a great home for these little guys is what’s important but, info on what their worth would be helpful to know how to price accordingly.

Hello, I wanted to make my own silver/lavander/tri colored blue chihuahua, I wanted to make a light greyish lavander pup, i know i cant make what i want but i wanted to get as close to that color as possible, can anyone help me? I have a chocolate chihuahua now, im sure she has the blue gene cause her mother is a silver merle color (the color i want) and one of the pups came out silver merle (tri colored) with fawn chest markings, thats exactly what i am trying to make! I didnt get to get the silver merle one but i wish i would have, what type of dog should i breed with my chocolate chihuahua to make the silver merle color? and how do i know if the stud has the ‘blue’ gene? can someone help me in telling me how to produce a silver merle? or at least something close to it? thanks a bunch!! my email is [email protected]

Megan, I am in Steelville, Missouri. The pups were born on Jan. 1. I only got one of the blue pups and I am keeping it for myself. She is the runt of a litter of 4. She is a beautiful short haired female that unfortunately already shows signs of skin trouble. I have 2 chi’s at home already so I just requested that I have my pick when they were born.
There are 2 blues left. Male and Female both have long hair. Not sure how much the owners are asking but I know they are hoping for alot.

Just wondering if anyone can tell me what a blue chi is worth that isn’t registered. I recently had my blk male breed a friends tan female and we were so lucky to get 4 pups. 3 of which are blue. The parents aren’t registered so I ‘m not able to register the pups.

I just got a “blue” chihuahua. He is aprox. 3 months old. he is very happy and overall very healthy. My concern is he has what I beleive to be color dilution alopecia. He isn’t blad but does have some thinning and brittle or dry hair around his neck and head and a little puppy acne that has stared clearing up. The rest of his coat is beautiful and shiny. Is there anything else this could be? How common is color dilute alopecia in the chihuahua breed? He’s my first one. HELP PLEASE!! I’m so worried!!
